Job Description

Job Title: Shift Supervisor - Lean management
Location: Plattsburgh NY (100% onsite)
Positions Available: 6
Any Visa TN also

Must have background in Rail/Aero/heavy Industrial

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the subcontracted activity and ensure on time & on quality delivery

Focal point for the customer focal point daily

Responsible of schedule productivity and quality

Pilot of the workload/capacity and manage priorities

Manage resources and follow-up trainings and qualifications

Produce monthly reports as per customer requirements

Coordination on handing/taking over of tasks between Team Supervisors

Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities

Qualifications:

Experienced in leading and coordinating meetings with any interface

Lean management experience

Team management experience

Trained and proficient in Rail/Aero/heavy Industrial processes and procedures

Trained and proficient Rail/Aero/heavy Industrial IT tools or software
