Design Architect
Location: Phoenix AZ Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Industry Focus: Healthcare Education Civic Mixed-Use Commercial Residential
Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Architectural Project Designer to lead the design documentation and delivery of building projects across a diverse range of sectors. This role blends creative design with technical precision to bring spaces to life that are aesthetically pleasing functional and sustainable.
Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to translate needs into practical and innovative design solutions.

Work cross-functionally with project managers consultants and in-house teams.

Lead planning site/zoning analysis code compliance and documentation.

Develop detailed construction drawings using Revit AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Coordinate bid packages submittals and construction administration tasks.

Oversee and mentor junior drafting/technical staff.

Maintain QA/QC standards and project consistency.
Qualifications:

6 years of architectural design experience healthcare projects required.

Strong technical expertise in Revit Bluebeam and sustainable design practices.

Working knowledge of building codes ADA zoning and construction documentation.

Architectural license preferred (or equivalent experience).

Excellent communication presentation and team collaboration skills.
Work Environment & Requirements:

Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite 2 remote).

Must be able to perform fieldwork on active construction sites.

Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and legal work authorization.

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and sit for extended periods.
