Responsibilities
Join the core team to build an AI-native enterprise platform where we connect users with LLMs RAGs agents data and generative intelligence.
Architect and develop robust backend systems that serve as the connective tissue between data sources AI models frontends and external services.
Design and scale APIs that power real-time interactions intelligent automations and complex AI-driven workflows.
Work closely with the Tech Lead and a lean high-impact team of backend and frontend engineers to evolve a modular scalable backend that can adapt as our platform grows.
Bring deep backend experience especially in but with transferable knowledge from languages or Java.
Build backend with GCP services like Cloud Run BigQuery and GCS.
Collaborate on infrastructure design deployment and scaling strategies. Make tradeoffs that balance speed stability and intelligence.
Bring curiosity hunger and creativity to everything you do. Explore prototype and keep us on the frontier of AI tooling.
Build integrations with third-party SaaS platforms data APIs agents connectors and smart automations that work seamlessly and reliably.
Be a core contributor to engineering culture. Bring clarity curiosity and high standards to everything you build. Contribute to decisions on infrastructure DevOps and scaling strategy.
Who you are
Youre a backend-focused engineer who cares deeply about building smart scalable systems. Youve worked on real products and know how to turn complex ideas into reliable performant services.
Youre comfortable in and NestJS with a strong foundation or Java. You understand concurrency the event loop and how to make backend systems fast and resilient.
Youre confident working across cloud platforms like GCP AWS or Azure. Youre comfortable navigating infrastructure data storage and deployment workflows.
Above all youre collaborative curious pragmatic and driven to build something meaningful with a team that cares about craft and impact.
Good-to-haves
Were after a backend wizard. Extra kudos if youve worked with Go or Rust.
Experience working with LLMs RAGs MCP AI agents Agent2Agent and conversational interfaces
Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth2 SAML or OpenID or enterprise SSO flows.
Bonus points if youve got skills in Solutions Architecture SysOps or Networking with certifications from AWS Azure or CompTIA.
Experience working in early-stage or startup environments where speed ambiguity and autonomy are part of the job.
