Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Design build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop manage and optimize Power BI Dataflows and datasets to support scalable reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Ensure high data quality consistency and reliability through validation and governance practices.
- Use Power Query and DAX to transform and model data effectively.
- Monitor and schedule Power BI refreshes and troubleshoot performance or access issues.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting support across teams.
- Document report logic data sources and user guides to ensure transparency and ease of adoption.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience working in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI including dashboards reports DAX Power Query and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience using Power BI Dataflows and understanding data model design principles.
- Experience in connecting and working with multiple data sources (e.g. SQL Excel APIs).
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data transformation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
