Key Accountabilities
- Define and drive the security requirements and long-term technology roadmap for data security products and features ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Enforce robust data protection measures including encryption access controls and policy compliance to safeguard sensitive and regulated information.
- Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to embed security best practices into data pipelines management services and operational workflows.
- Establish real-time monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and respond to security incidents and anomalous data access or egress.
- Oversee the security posture of data platforms such as Databricks focusing on IAM encryption and secure configurations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security framework to protect AI systems and networks from cyber threats
- Publish technical requirements and guidance to support the secure and responsible adoption of AI solutions across the organization
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data throughout the AI model lifecycle from development to deployment to support business innovation
- Promote awareness of emerging threats regulatory developments and industry best practices related to AI and data security
- Maintain and evolve the AI security technology roadmap driving continuous improvement and adoption of secure AI methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems Cybersecurity or a related fieldor equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain with a strong track record of delivering enterprise scalable secure solutions
- Deep technical expertise in data protection technologies tools and best practices for securing both structured and unstructured data.
- Proven experience implementing and managing data security solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security automation data governance and cloud-native capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud security architectures and tools including container security CNAPP CSPM CASB CIEM CWPP and CI/CD pipeline protection.
- Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic environments with the ability to shift priorities adjust strategies and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and compliance frameworks
- Experience automating tests for LLM evaluation scenarios within CI/CD workflow
- Proven experience security engineering of AI/ML solutions in complex environments including production-grade system
