Job Description
As the Commercial Marketing Lead you will playa pivotal role in driving strategic and tactical marketing initiatives across JB Hi-Fi Business (Commercial). Combining campaign leadership digital marketing expertise and stakeholder engagement to support business growth you will elevate brand presence and drive sales revenue. You will also lead and coordinate marketing efforts including digital campaigns events vendor partnerships and marketing automation all aligned with broader commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing and executingintegrated B2B marketing campaigns that support commercial growth goals.
Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
Leading digital strategies including email marketing lead nurturing and social media.
Drivingdemand generation activities to produce marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and maximise ROI.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Managingvendor-funded marketing activity associated budgets and reporting requirements.
Planning and executingtrade shows supplier events and promotional campaigns.
Analysingcampaign results and recommend improvements to maximise effectiveness.
Qualifications :
This role is suited to a motivated collaborative and commercially minded marketer ready to make an impact. you will also have:
35 years of experience in a marketing role ideally in B2B or technology sectors.
Proven success in campaign management digital marketing and event coordination.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications PR or related fields.
Excellent communication organisational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
