Job Description
Working days: Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 7:45am to 5:45pm & Fridays 7:45am to 4:45pm
As our Dental Receptionist youll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm professional demeanor
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
- Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred.
- Oasis experience preferred not essential.
- Knowledge in HICAPS DVA and CDBS preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications.
- Experience with file keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
