We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Dallas this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your ability to communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Handle client inquiries via phone email and in person
Maintain accurate client records and update information in the system
Resolve service issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Prepare and process documentation related to client services
Collaborate with other team members to improve the client experience
Track and report client feedback and recurring issues
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and courteous demeanor at all times
