Job Description
- Collaborate on product development projects to create new summer replacement tires for the APAC region
- Drive the industrialization of new products in close alignment with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to technology development initiatives for the next generation of products
- Support and enhance existing product lines across the full product lifecycle based on internal and external customer needs
- Plan execute and analyse tire tests to validate performance and quality
- Document and present new products and key results to stakeholders
- Engage in R&D projects such as technology rollouts and process optimization
- Build strong networks between central R&D production sites and marketing teams
- Prepare technical product presentations for launches and customer-facing events
Qualifications :
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering Vehicle Engineering Natural Sciences or a related field
- Solid experience in project management ideally in a technical or R&D environment
- Strong intercultural awareness and ability to collaborate in international teams
- Ambitious innovative and focused on delivering results
- Reliable team player who thrives in performance- and goal-oriented environments
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
