Roles and Responsibility Collaboration Lead

Ensure smooth and efficient operations of services by continuously reviewing related processes and procedures

Ensure reliability and resiliency of services by way of managing maintaining and optimizing the environment

Data analysis and reporting on application & license usage for optimization opportunities

Identify and implement recommendations for continuous service improvement performance improvement and quality of services

Assess the environment for service risk and issues and plan to mitigate the same

environment assessment for identification and implementation of applicable new features and enhancements. Also assess the needs for retiring of an existing less reliable/ deprecated/ out of support feature

Make Strategic recommendations to adopt new features/ products from vendors such as Microsoft

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent ability to document process procedures and technical details

Excellent background in Digital Workplace technologies

Architect level technical skills so to train and upskill existing HCL staff improve operations and enable higher service administration
