About this role:
The Team Leader in our Youth Care program acts as a role model and mentor for trauma-informed careand provides direct management and supervision of a dedicatedteam of Youth addition to these leadership and supervisory responsibilities the Youth Care program Team Leader provides case management and coordination for a small caseload of young people ensuring all services delivered are in accordance with their care plan and within budget.
About you:
You will be motivated with a genuine interest in working with young people in need. You will have highly developed trauma informed skills with experience in program delivery utilising effective systems and processes.
Your ability to support and manage the work of a multidisciplinary team along with excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style is essential in this role.
