Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superstar Automotive Recruiter based in Houston TX. The Superstar Automotive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier automotive professionals building a strong network of candidates conducting interviews and matching candidates with suitable positions within automotive companies.
Qualifications
- Must be a fearless closer hammer Recruiter who can call into shops to recruit top tier automotive technicians and advisors
- Recruitment Talent Acquisition and Networking skills
- Automotive industry knowledge and experience
- Interviewing and Candidate Assessment skills
- Strong Communication and Relationship-building skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn)
- Proven track record of successful placements
