Job Description
Part-Time (with flexibility for growth)
- Part-time position for up to 25 hours per week
- Appointment Volume:15 appointments per day
- Appointment Duration:30 minutes per appointment
- Surgical Days:Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
- Flexible Scheduling:Yes we can accommodate various part-time options
- DVM-to-Tech Ratio:2:1
- Number of Techs:5 total; several are currently pursuing CVT credentials
- Base Salary:Starting at $100000
- Production Bonus:
- 20% on services
- 15% on products
- 5% on prescription diets
- CE Allowance:$2000 annually CE PTO:40 hours

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.
- Compassionate team-oriented approach.

- Lead and mentor the veterinary team while upholding medical standards.
- Develop and implement medical protocols.
- Perform routine and advanced surgeries.
- Interpret lab results to support accuratediagnoses.
- Educate and build strong relationships with clients.
