About the role.
What youll be doing.
The Health & Safety Coordinator is required to assist and support in the development and execution of the health & safety and security agenda for the plant focusing on continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures injury prevention safety management plant security crisis management and compliance with all applicable Federal and local health & safety compliance obligations. Must be local to Appleton WI - no relocation offered.
What youll need to be successful.
- Associates and/or Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of qualifications and Health & Safety experience strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as CSP ASP or accredited Health & Safety Certification preferred
- At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience strongly preferred
- ISO Management Systems experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability toindependentlyread comprehend and communicate in basic English and interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability toindependentlycarry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail including visual acuity
- Desire to drive change goal oriented
- Ability to possess confidential information

Compensation Package:$58800.00-$78500.00 USD annually bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience skill set education/training and other organizational needs.
