Job Description
Were looking for a motivated team member to join us in a part-time fixed-term role for 4 months on The position - Accountant. Main responsibilities will be:
- Financial accounting:
- Posting of received invoices or any other relevant documents including ensuring the circulation of these accounting documents
- Preparation and posting of Accruals.
- Other financial needs:
- Complete administration of the accounting and financial part of the local ERP system
- Any other accounting/financial task based on management request.
- Detailed chart and division of tasks within department will be maintained and updated by the line manager.
Qualifications :
- Good user knowledge of Accounting programs (preferably SAP R3) and proficiency in MS Office with knowledge of MS Excel
- Good cost awareness
- Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to set procedures and deadlines
- Good effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Fluent (minimum B2 level) in written and spoken English and Slovak any other language skills (e.g. German) are an advantage
