As the Assistant Outlet Manager for IRD/Pool you will support the daily operations of the outlet ensuring profitability guest satisfaction and team development. Your role involves achieving business goals forecasting demand maintaining safety and hygiene standards and supporting marketing initiatives. With a hands-on leadership style you will manage staffing oversee maintenance and guide team performance through training and motivation fostering a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications :
College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role
Passion for leadership and teamwork.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Excellent guest service skills.
