Position:Site Lead
Overview:The Site Lead serves as the primary on-site manager responsible for overseeing all facility operations staff supervision and client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational experience to ensure excellence in facility management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the on-site facility management team
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Oversee all facility operations including maintenance security and building systems
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Create and monitor operational budgets and financial performance metrics
- Implement and maintain health safety and environmental standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in facility management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Proficiency with facility management software and MS Office suite
- Industry certifications (FMP CFM or IFMA) preferred
