QMS andCMMC Compliance Manager Overview:
Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and CMMC Compliance standards across multiple facilities. This role involves leading internal audits developing compliance strategies training employees and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll be a great fit if:
- You can lead QMS andCMMC Complianceefforts across multiple locations.
- Youre experienced in conducting internal and external audits and developing corrective action plans.
- You can collaborate with process owners to create and maintain work instructions and training programs.
- Youre comfortable reporting compliance status to division presidents and IT leadership.
- You can organize and lead management reviews internal audits and external audits.
- Youre passionate about continuous improvement and driving quality excellence.
- Youre skilled in developing internal auditors and ensuring timely training for new employees.
- Youre detail-oriented and can validate gauge calibration and QMS documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in quality systems or compliance roles
- Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or similar) preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and willingness to learn CMMC Compliance standards
- Strong analytical communication and training skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS tools
- Ability to travel between facilities and work on manufacturing floors as needed
