Pookie & Sebastian a trend-forward retail brand is looking for a stylish and driven Sales & Style Advisor to join our Tampa team!
Position: Sales & Style Advisor
Location: Tampa FL
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commission employee discount
- Greet every customer with warmth positivity and style.
- Offer personalized outfit suggestions and fashion styling tips.
- Drive sales by confidently presenting products and completing transactions.
- Support with store opening and closing duties including handling the register securing merchandise and following operational procedures.
- Maintain an organized clean and visually inspiring store environment.
- Assist in replenishing merchandise and updating displays according to store standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in retail or customer service (fashion retail preferred).
- A strong sense of style and an eye for color coordination and outfit building.
- Confidence energy and a customer-first mindset.
- Dependability and responsibility youre someone we can trust to open/close the store.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
