- Comprehensive understanding of reading grading stakes shooting elevations and grading to survey points.
- 3-5 Years in Construction related position Preferred
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comprehensive understanding of reading civil grading plans finish grading plans and Plot planned data.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
- Spanish Speaking not required is a plus.
- Highly analytical with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.
- Basic Southwest Gas safety training.
- Basic Call before you dig safety training.
- Osha 30 Safety Card
- Previous experience working in a similar position.
- Possess an appropriate knowledge of semis trucks heavy equipment (backhoes excavators etc...) trailers tractors.
