- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- General understanding of light repair on electric plumbing carpentry and HVAC.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 45 lbs. with occasional lifts up to 80 lbs.
- Capable of pushing and pulling appliance dollies weighing up to 200 lbs. and moving items between floors
- Physical ability to bend stoop climb stairs kneel balance reach overhead walk and twist comfortably
- Reliable vision hearing and speech abilities (with or without corrective devices)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
