The Compliance Analyst organizes manages and administers the Programs compliance activities as mandated by State statute and State Board rules. Meets and consults with the Administrator Legal Counsels Illinois Department of Public Health designee and State Board as required. Duties include but are not limited to oversight of the compliance reporting process including the maintenance of ongoing status reports; oversight of permit holder compliance and recommendations for non-compliance sanctions and reporting to the State Boards legal counsel and the State Board; collaborates with legal counsel; provides recommendations for sanctions and fines; monitors and prepares program materials for administrative hearings and appeals processes; maintains status reports relative to imposition of sanctions and litigation; confers with legal staff to establish parameters for sanctions; prepares and delivers presentations during the public meetings of the State Board; Additionally provides support as requested with the other activities of Health Systems Development Compliance Section and the State Board including: CON application reviews CON exemption application reviews conduct of public hearings rules development special studies facility planning and data collection statewide.
