The Paramedic utilizes their expertise and evidence-based practice to manage unexpected and emergent situations to mitigate and treat a variety of injuries and illnesses in a prompt and professional manner. The Paramedic assumes responsibility for assessing planning implementing and evaluating direct and indirect clinical care and competently function as a member of the interdisciplinary team proving patient and community centered care. The Paramedic serves as an advocate for the patient and their family and intercedes on their behalf by acting as a liaison with respect to their rights and beliefs.
For a period of time this role will also support the transition on AFAB. Areas of focus will include stabilization the EMS functions training on pre-hospital roles and responsibilities rolling out protocols and ensuring compliance with internal systems and processes.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
