Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a diligent technical lead to join our team in Indian.
As a technical lead you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is an innovative professional with a passion for leading tech team and ensure the implementation of new PKI functionalities and components compliance with Worldlines security and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team of software developers providing technical guidance feedback and support.
- Collaborating with SW-Architect and product owner to understand product requirements and define technical solutions.
- Designing and architecting scalable maintainable and efficient software components.
- Implementing best practices coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team.
- Participating in code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshooting resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation.
- Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide regular status updates to Product owner and Team lead
Skills:
- Strong technical background in software development architecture and IT operations
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and managing of a team
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate the team.
- Strong technical expertise in software development including proficiency in programming languages frameworks and technologies like Java spring; Vue Gradle Database GitLab/Jenkins
- Experience in Software design and architecture
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices
- Experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development
- Experience in a technical leadership role
- Proven experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies
