Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- A technical lead with strong leadership qualities and good knowledge in P&C Insurance.
- Will be expected to work in a team setting providing guidance to the junior team members.
- Will be responsible to communicate status and updates to onsite and project manager.
- Should be able to give technical support/guidance and keep the project moving.
Skillset required
- In depth knowledge in Duck Creek architecture and Billing functionalities.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Billing.
- Good understanding of Policy and Billing interactions ability to understand and analyse business requirements.
- Experience on Agency Billing Direct Billing Instalment billing Accounting Notices Commission Management etc
- Should have ability to create new bill plan and enable/work on day 2 transactions
- Good knowledge on configuring forms EFT Disbursements and Invoices.
- Additional knowledge on integrations like General Ledger lockbox etc is appreciated.
