The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated MuleSoft Support Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MuleSoft technologies and a passion for providing exceptional support for integration solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues maintaining MuleSoft applications and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration across our systems.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for MuleSoft applications and integrations ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations including analyzing logs and debugging applications.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments (development testing production).
- Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design and integration.
- Document support processes troubleshooting guides and system configurations for future reference.
- Participate in root cause analysis for incidents and contribute to preventive measures.
- Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and best practices to enhance support capabilities.
- Provide on-call support as needed and participate in support rotation.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience 3-4 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer certification
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in MuleSoft development and support.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Mule ESB and API Manager.
- Understanding of integration patterns API design and RESTful services.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with debugging MuleSoft applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g. Jenkins Git) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ideally youll also have
- MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk New Relic) for performance analysis.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and services (AWS Azure etc.) is advantageous.
