We are looking for an International Marketing Manager (all genders) Business Unit Cornto lead marketing initiatives for Silage Corn and our Seed2FEED team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. In this role you will drive strategic marketing campaigns and work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen the positioning and visibility of our corn hybrid seeds

The place of work is in Einbeck (Lower Saxony Germany). The contract is full-time and unlimited.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and communication strategies in close collaboration with breeders product managers and sales teams.
  • Translate these strategies into actionable product marketing campaigns and concepts and lead their execution in line with Business Unit goals.
  • Manage external agencies in the creation and execution of marketing projects.
  • Conduct marketing performance analysis and evaluate the impact of campaigns.
  • Collaborate across business units and with global marketing teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • A university degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing and/or Agribusiness.
  • Strong proficiency in English both written and spoken; German or French is a plus.
  • A goal-oriented independent working style combined with proactivity initiative and a strong sense of drive.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in international cross-functional teams.
