Job Summary: Are you enthusiastic about cars and passionate about helping people Were seeking a customer-focused Delivery Specialist to be the final crucial step in our sales this vital role youll ensure every new and pre-owned Subaru delivery is a seamless exciting and memorable experience. Youll empower our customers by educating them on their new vehicles features technology and maintenance ensuring they feel confident and thrilled with their purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough personalized vehicle deliveries for all new and pre-owned Subaru models.
- Expertly educate customers on all vehicle features technology and operational aspects (e.g. infotainment systems safety features maintenance schedules).
- Proactively assist customers with setting up vehicle technology such as Bluetooth pairing navigation and Subaru Starlink services.
- Provide outstanding customer service patiently answering all questions and professionally addressing any concerns.
- Perform meticulous final quality checks on vehicles prior to delivery ensuring impeccable cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all deliveries and customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with our sales service and detailing departments to guarantee a smooth and efficient delivery process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Subaru product knowledge new features and technological advancements to become a true Subaru expert.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service retail or a related field is highly desirable. Automotive experience is a bonus but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with a passion for learning!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly concisely and engagingly.
- Strong presentation skills and a genuinely friendly approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency with technology and a strong willingness to master new vehicle systems.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet our customers needs.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
