Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report to Mihaela Chioran - Cluster/Country Team Lead Cluj-Napoca and work alongside passionate and dedicated teammates.
Youll manage the Alstoms portfolio of external suppliers for ensuring goods delivery at right time to ensure production continuity. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (procurement logistics and project teams) anticipating and managing risks by ensuring the accuracy of stock in compliance with stock and logistic constraints and much more.
Well look to you for:
- Follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects
- Participate/lead to Suppliers performances improvement (animation)
- Create the Material Planning documents (Call-off Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List
- Identify priorities associated with risk/impact anticipation and set up recovery actions
- Maintain a routine with Suppliers in order to check the status of deliveries
- Analyse and manage MRP (Material Requirement/Resource Planning) exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs shortages no demand)
- Maintain delivery dates in ERP system
- Track missing parts until stock availability
- Ensure non-conformities replacement
- Resolve Receiving issues (overstock shortage damage documentation etc.).

- Degree level qualification
- Good knowledge ofsupply chain
- 1-3 years experience in a relevant position
- Experience with ERP systems preferably SAP
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory for this role
- Good communication collaboration and analytical skills initiative and autonomy
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment;
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
