Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Testing Lead or Senior Test Engineer with a strong background in Automation Testing and hands-on experience in Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Selenium with Java API Testing and TestNG along with the ability to independently design execute and optimize test cases for complex modules. This role demands a proactive mindset strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver high-quality testing solutions with speed and efficiency.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for complex Wealth Management modules.
Perform risk-based testing ensuring high-priority and high-impact features are thoroughly validated.
Lead test data preparation and management to simulate real-world business scenarios.
Independently execute manual and automated test cases ensuring complete test coverage.
Develop maintain and enhance automation scripts using Selenium Java and TestNG.
Contribute to and suggest improvements in the test automation framework enabling scalable and maintainable automation practices.
Implement smart testing strategies to accelerate test cycles without compromising on quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test deliverables.
Provide innovative solutions and automation best practices to optimize QA processes.
Interact with North American clients and stakeholders to report status raise risks and resolve issues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:

Strong manual and automation testing expertise
Selenium WebDriver with Java
TestNG framework
API Testing (Postman Rest Assured)
Wealth Management domain knowledge
Test scenario and test case design
Risk-based testing and test data setup
Automation framework design and optimization
CI/CD tools and integration (e.g. Jenkins Git)
Agile methodology and tools (e.g. JIRA

Good-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to tools like JIRA ALM Zephyr Jenkins Git etc.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
Performance or security testing knowledge is a plus.
