Lead and manage a team of environmental compliance analysts and specialists.
Oversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely delivery of compliance data.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Review and validate supplier declarations and compliance documentation.
Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and training sessions.
Ensure adherence to customer requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor KPIs and generate performance and compliance reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and processes.
Escalate risks and issues proactively and provide mitigation strategies.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science Engineering or related field.
Experience :
8 years of experience in environmental compliance with at least 2 years in a people managing role
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Should possess hands on experience/knowledge on environmental regulations
Preferred Skills :
Certifications in environmental regulations or project management are a plus
Additional Information :
Technical & Domain Expertise
In-depth knowledge of global environmental regulations: REACh RoHS ELV PFAS Conflict Minerals and other EU regulations.
