Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our organic search rankings driving traffic to our website and ensuring an optimized user experience across all platforms. You will play a crucial role in supporting our online growth strategy especially in the education and career counseling sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and SEO strategy
- Optimize website content landing pages and blog articles for search engines (on-page SEO)
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Monitor and analyze site performance using tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and SEMrush
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content for educational and counseling-related topics
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
- Track and report key SEO metrics including keyword rankings traffic and conversions
- Coordinate with web developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Assist in local SEO activities especially for Brainwonders centers across India
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing IT or a related field
- 1 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs etc.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and content management systems like WordPress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the education or career counseling sector (preferred)
