The opportunity

CSIRO Mineral Resources Green Metals Production group are seeking an enthusiastic Laboratory Technician to join the Process Development team.

As the successful candidate you will develop and scale-up critical minerals processing technologies including high temperature chemistry. You will be responsible for managing laboratories assisting Project Leaders and operating and maintaining process equipment.

Your high-level duties will include:

Salary: AU$73k AU$93k per annum (pro rata for part-time) plus 15.4% superannuation

Eligibility

Applications are open to Australian/New Zealand Citizens Australian Permanent Residents and Australian Temporary Residents who are currently residing in Australia and hold a valid visa for the duration of the specified term (with no requirement for visa sponsorship).

Appointment to this role is subject to provision of a national police check and may be subject to other security/medical/character requirements.
