Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.

Overall purpose: To lead direct and optimize a team of tele sales representatives in a consumer call center driving revenue growth through effective sales and upselling strategies while ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Customer Retention Strategy:Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize broadband subscriber churn and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Loyalty Programs:Design and manage loyalty campaigns promotions and offers tailored for broadband customers to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales Leadership:Lead and motivate a team of sales and retention specialists focused on broadband loyalty providing coaching performance management and development.
  • Data-Driven Insights:Analyze customer data market trends and churn metrics to identify at-risk customers and opportunities for proactive retention efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing product customer service and network teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business goals and customer experience improvements.
  • Customer Experience Focus:Monitor customer feedback and service quality indicators recommending and implementing improvements to enhance broadband service satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Metrics:Track measure and report on key loyalty and sales performance metrics using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure all loyalty and sales activities comply with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management preferably in broadband or telecommunications sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention loyalty strategies and churn reduction techniques.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and market trends.
  • Leadership abilities to manage inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related sales experience.

Our Manager-Sales Broadband Loyalty earn between $61700 - $92500 USD Annual commission with a total target compensation of $83700 $112500.
