This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our global operations and supply strategy and supporting critical business decisions.
At the VELUX Group our Operations & Supply organization comprises around 8000 colleagues worldwide. We support VELUXs global value chain consisting of approximately 8.000 employees across our manufacturing sites Logistics Quality Supply Engineering & Product Introduction etc.
Your Role
As Strategy Manager you will report to the Director of Strategy & Portfolio Management Office (PMO) within Operations & Supply and you will work from one of our sites in Central and Eastern Europe. The Strategy & PMO teams core purpose is to guide and lead the transformation of Operations & Supply by facilitating the overall 5-year strategy process managing the project portfolio and leading execution of strategic projects. The team is growing and evolving as it currently consists of six members.
In this role you will support the Executive Vice President (EVP) for Operations & Supply as well as senior leaders and cross-functional teams in identifying analyzing and solving complex strategic challenges. Your contributions will be central to developing and executing our strategy tracking progress and ensuring alignment across the organization.
