Job Description
Practice Setting: Clinical Areas - Adult Inpatient / Hospital-based acute care 24-hour call
Reason for Coverage: Existing GI practice will no longer provide hospital-based coverage
Dates of Coverage: Starting February 1 2026
Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 1520 (clinic) 5 (hospital-based)
The schedule follows a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation. Two providers will alternate weekly coverage across two campuses

Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
Board Requirements: Board Certified in Gastroenterology
