Job Description
Description
- Assisting and providing leadership in the fabrication and integration of C4ISR systems into multiple variants of ship vessels (Navy & MSC) to include: CVN Overhaul and New Construction ships
- Assisting and providing leadership to technical staff members in the fabrication integration testing operation maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical circuits
- Providing feedback to production management and QA with identified issues/defects in design or during the fabrication/integration phase with regards to cables or equipment racks
- Performing administrative tasks to support Production Leads
- Writing daily SITREPs
- Updating production and problem report trackers attending meetings and effectively communicating verbally or through email with upper management and customers daily
- Performing on-site installation of equipment and products in the continental United States within various environments to include Naval bases and privately owned shipyards

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of a two-year technical degree and 5 years of work-related experience
- Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Electronics experience
- Active Secret clearance or able to retain one
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
Desired Skills
- C4ISR experience
- Navy A & C school
- Fiber optic
- CVN experience
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
