Digital Marketing Manager

About the Job

Ingram Micro UK is seeking a proactive and digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our Xvantage for Vendor GTM Hub strategy. This role is central to our marketing innovation responsible for shaping how we go to market with our longtail vendors deliver measurable value through strategic programs and execute engaging communications via Adobe Marketing Suite tools.

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will:

1. GTM Strategy Development & Execution

  • Own and evolve the Xvantage for Vendor GTM Hub strategy ensuring it aligns with our global standardisation models and with vendor priorities sales goals and broader UK initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Vendor Managers Product Marketing and Business Development teams to design scalable and targeted vendor marketing programs.

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for vendors within the GTM hub model.

2. Campaign Management & Communications

  • Build launch and optimize digital campaigns using the Adobe Marketing Suite including email landing pages automation and lead tracking.

  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns that span content syndication webinars paid media and internal sales enablement.

  • Track and report on program performance and ROI suggesting improvements based on data insights.

3. Data-Driven Marketing & Insights

  • Utilize marketing analytics and dashboards to uncover performance trends and audience insights.

  • Leverage data to inform GTM decisions refine targeting and identify new opportunities for vendor engagement.

  • Partner with internal data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and automation.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as a digital marketing expert for internal stakeholders and vendors alike.

  • Educate and influence sales and vendor teams on digital best practices program potential and GTM alignment.

  • Collaborate with Ingram Micros global marketing teams to adopt localize and roll out digital innovation.

To set you up for success we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Marketing experience ideally in B2B tech distribution reseller or vendor environments.

  • Experience working with Adobe Marketing Suite (Marketo Workfront Customer Journey Analytics etc.).

  • Proficiency in marketing data analysis (GA4 Excel Power BI or similar tools).

  • Confident presentation and stakeholder management skillsable to clearly articulate marketing plans and outcomes to non-marketing audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage and report on marketing budgets and vendor MDF programs.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
