Job Description
Job Title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: New York NY
Experience Required: 10 years
Were looking for a seasoned Oracle Developer with over 10 years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL development. You should be confident in designing and managing database objects like tables triggers procedures and partitions and skilled at writing complex queries that run efficiently. In this role youll be responsible for building and maintaining PL/SQL programs stored procedures and packages while working closely with application teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth integration across systems.
Youll monitor and troubleshoot database performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and other diagnostic tools and take part in database design discussions focused on indexing partitioning and storage strategies. Supporting QA and DevOps teams during builds and deployments will be part of your routine along with resolving defects and documenting technical solutions for long-term maintainability and compliance. Youll also provide proactive production support keeping a close eye on database health and performance.
