The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Director of Orthopaedic Surgery to lead a busy and expanding Orthopaedic Unit. This pivotal leadership role will oversee clinical governance, service development, quality improvement, and training for junior doctors and trainees.
You will join a collaborative and future-focused Surgical & Perioperative Division, with the opportunity to shape clinical services during a period of significant health infrastructure growth.
What We re Looking For- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedics)
- Current AHPRA specialist registration
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and commitment to service excellence
- Strong track record in teaching, supervision, and mentoring
