Overview:
As Manager Digital Engagement & Reputation Strategy you will lead a critical enterprise function focused on shaping how Emory Healthcare builds trust grows community presence and engages with patients across digital platforms.
This role encompasses more than just social media its about reputation community digital storytelling and meaningful engagement that supports business growth and patient loyalty.
Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing you will manage the strategy execution and team responsible for Emorys digital voice across social platforms review sites and online communities.
Youll work cross-functionally with marketing patient experience legal and risk teams to ensure a cohesive data-informed approach that reflects our brand values and supports our mission.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Travel: Less than 10% of the time may be required. Work Type: Hybrid employee - splits time between working remotely and working in the office.
