CAPSA is a nonprofit organization that provides life-changing services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. As part of our growing Development and Communications team were hiring a CRM and Strategic Marketing Specialist -a key role focused on planning execution and data-driven decision-making.
This is not a content creation position. Instead this role is for someone who understands how to utilize a CRM to design strategic marketing campaigns that guide people from awareness to action. Youll build donor and community engagement plans manage and refine our CRM system and help us understand what works-so we can keep doing more of it.
Youll serve as the internal CRM expert ensuring data is clean segmented effectively and used to drive engagement. At the same time youll lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies manage the annual fundraising and advocacy calendar and align messaging across email social media and print. Your work will inform key decisions and help CAPSA build deeper relationships with supporters.
