What Youll Do
The incumbent is responsible for providing key operational support to the Y-12 Readiness Assurance Program. This includes serving as the principle point of contact for the Quarterly Startup Notification Report (SNR) to the Y-12 Field Office (YFO) managing the SNR Application maintaining the Y-12 Readiness Assurance website and CNS OneReady SharePoint site and supporting Readiness Reviews. This position is a key resource for the Readiness Assurance Group (RAG) requiring expertise with Y-12 Readiness Program applications including the Readiness Certification Assurance Process Tracking System (RCAPTS) the Readiness Restart Tracking System (RRTS) Safety Basis Verification Reviews (SBVR) and the SNR for execution and integration of project responsibilities related to achieving Operational Readiness. The incumbent will work closely with the Y-12 Readiness Manager Readiness Leaders and Readiness Support personnel. The incumbent will be involved with mission critical project initiatives which require significant interface with various Y-12 support organizations including Facility Production Projects Programs Procurement Human Resources Records Management Personnel Security Senior Management and YFO personnel.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- OR Masters degree: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR Tenor more years of education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
Preferred Job Requirements
- A strong working knowledge of the Readiness Program methods and procedures is desired as well as an understanding of the processes and procedures associated with safety basis implementation for nuclear facilities.
- This position requires strong technical skills along with demonstrated skills in planning and organization. Ability to anticipate plan and prepare for organization deliverables and track progress.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills a high level of personal motivation high standards and the ability to work with project team and support organizations to address/resolve project issues and meet short deadlines.
- Experience in project administration and document control related activities.
- Working knowledge and understanding of DOE and Y-12 policies procedures and requirements including areas associated with Operational Readiness.
- Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft software applications SAP and Versatile ERMS.
