Job Description

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking CRNAs to join the Anesthesia team at HCA Memorial Health University Medical Center a Level I Trauma Center in beautiful Savannah Georgia. This dynamic team as been growing over the past year since transitioning to a hospital employed model and is thriving under strong supportive leadership. Mutual respect collaboration and a genuine love of providing outstanding patient care are at the core of the Anesthesia department. New grads that are interested in a wide variety of cases/complexities and who want to grow their skill set and experience are encouraged to apply!

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
Anesthesia Care Team Model of 18 General Anesthesiologists including 3 CV Anesthesiologists and 60 APPs covering 27 sites of service
Diverse mix of cases including Trauma Cardiac Complex Neuro/Spine OB/GYN General Orthopedics Urology GI and Pediatrics (NOTE: Candidates must be proficient in and willing to work with Pediatrics and all Trauma cases including complex neuro.)
Annual surgical volume 24000 cases and 3000 OB cases
Flexible schedule of 8/10/12 hour shifts available. Shift differentials may apply.
Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency

Incentive and Benefits Package:
W2 Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant
$75k Start Date bonus offered with early sign on option up to 14 months prior to starting work
Competitive compensation package based on years of experience PLUS $20k trauma stipend.
Specialty Skill stipends for Complex Neuro Pediatrics and Cardiac offered.
Premium pay if clinician stays past agreed upon shift or opts to pick up extra shift(s).
8 weeks Paid Time Away from Practice- frontloaded
Relocation reimbursement available
$2500 annual CME stipend
Malpractice covered 100% (occurrence-based policy)
