District Manager Self Storage
Location: Taunton Massachusetts

BNW Services is partnering with a leading private equity-backed self-storage operator to find a District Manager for their portfolio in the Taunton MA region. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on growth and operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple storage sites and manage performance of property-level teams
- Improve occupancy pricing and overall customer experience across the portfolio
- Perform regular field visits to inspect operations train staff and resolve issues
- Analyze performance data and develop site-specific action plans
- Ensure brand and policy consistency safety and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of multi-site management in self-storage or a similar asset class
- Strong leadership communication and analytical skills
- Proven track record in managing budgets staffing and growth initiatives
- Familiarity with self-storage management systems a plus
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Taunton MA area
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100000$115000
- Bonus structure
- Full benefits including health insurance PTO and retirement plan
