Do you have a passion for immersive player experiences digital play ecosystems and the iconic world of D&D Were looking for a Principal Product Manager to develop Play Tools that power D&D Beyond the premier digital companion for Dungeons & Dragons. This role is a unique opportunity to build innovative intuitive tools that unlock the magic of D&D for millions of players and Dungeon Masters around the world.

In this role you will lead the strategy and execution for Play Tools on D&D Beyond. This includes defining the vision and driving the roadmap feature prioritization and product requirements. Youll deeply understand player behaviors and market trends ensuring our tools resonate with both new adventurers and seasoned Dungeon Masters. Partnering closely with engineers UX designers and cross-functional partners youll deliver innovative experiences that enhance digital play.

What Youll Do:

  • Define and manage a user vision and develop an actionable product roadmap in partnership with your design and engineering team.
  • Prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your engineering team to scope efforts set and track goals and triage incoming priorities.
  • Define the engagement strategy and work with partners across multiple teams and functional areas. Conduct customer research and solicit community feedback.
  • Define how we measure success. Own defining and reporting on critical metrics recommendations that use data to optimize them and execution of those optimizations.

What Youll Bring:

The ideal candidate has a mix of long-term thinking autonomy technical expertise and experience with D&D or related products.

  • 5 years of product management experience with a focus on digital product development
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to collect analyze and leverage data insights to inform product decisions and improve overall business performance
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and continuous improvement
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tabletop RPGs including Dungeons & Dragons
  • Software development or similar experience

The base salary range for this position is $113300.00 to $228100.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience skills location and market conditions. Additionally employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
