Could you be the full-time Train Laboratory Manager (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf were looking for
Your Future Role
2100 colleagues from 46 countries including 800 engineers shape in Hennigsdorf (close to Berlin) the future of rail mobility. The locally developed manufactured and maintained product range includes high-speed regional and local trains subways as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. Youll report to Train Validation Engineer and the Test Means Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Well look for you to :
Ensure 100% compliance with EHS rules (particularly regarding activities performed on TrainLab and TestBench).
Prepare the laboratory before the reception of the test means.
Develop specific models (equipment low voltage environment) and integrate external models (PU generic model from Central supplier).
Manage the configuration of TrainLab tools according to planned tests (real/simulated devices models supervision).
Transversally manage the suppliers for timely input configuration preparation (new schematics release new model release new software release etc.).
Control the test configuration (HW SW) against the applicable configurations to be tested.
Plan TrainLab usage per shift in agreement with TVE needs.
Maintain operational conditions.
Manage configuration of the TrainLab environment and deliverables.
Oversee TrainLab Work Package management.

Master degree (in Automation technology Mechatronics or related engineering professions).
In-depth knowledge of validation means (Test benches simulators etc.).
In-depth experience in software integration and validation phases (a minimum of 4 years experience in the Railway Health Defense Aeronautical or Automotive domains).
Understanding of electrical schematics.
Software coding skills.
Model coding skills in C family ControlBuild Python LabView.
Good ability to coordinate engineers
High skills in project coordination
Autonomous and rigorous approach.
Fluent in English and local language such as German desirable
