Job Description
Position: Lead Installer
Location: Wilmington NC
Company: HVAC Service Provider
Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to work with an established company dedicated to growth safety and development. This person will be responsible for being hands on while leading the project team on HVAC project installations for clients. The Lead Installer will ensure high-quality work leading a small installation crew coordinating jobsite tasks and keeping projects on schedule. You will communicate with the project supervisor other coworkers and clients to ensure project needs are met. The role requires strong communication skills and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
-Must have minimum 8 years of experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
-Must have 5 years of installation experience.
-Must have a Universal EPA Certification.
-Proficient in running refrigerant pipe and ductwork.
-Must have valid Drivers License.
