We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cancer Registry User & Communication Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring our Cancer Registry hospital partners have accurate contact information appropriate system access and receive timely critical communications regarding their Elekta METRIQ and upcoming Registry Informatics solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in a significant data verification and communication project supporting our transition to a new cloud-based platform.
Data Verification & Contact Confirmation
- Salesforce Data Audit: Generate and audit Salesforce reports to identify all hospital accounts primary FCO (manager/director level) contacts and existing cancer registry users.
- Master List Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive master list of hospital accounts to ensure no omissions during the contact verification process.
- Primary Contact & User Verification:
- Initiate contact (primarily via email followed by phone if needed) with hospital FCO contacts to confirm and update primary contact information (name title email phone) for their Cancer Registry.
- Present a list of existing Salesforce users for their hospital and verify their full name work email address job title and active user status.
- Gather additional hospital information including ACoS approval status Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used and HL7/FHIR protocol utilization.
- Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately update Salesforce records with verified contact and user information. Maintain temporary tracking (e.g. spreadsheet or custom Salesforce object) for user responses and discrepancies.
- Escalation Management: Follow defined escalation paths by notifying Customer Success/Account Managers for unresponsive hospitals after multiple contact attempts.
II. User Management & Communication Setup
- Salesforce User Record Maintenance:
- Create new contact records for validated new cancer registry users in Salesforce.
- Update the status of inactive or invalid users to Inactive in Salesforce.
- Correct and update any outdated information for active valid users.
- Elekta Care Community Management:
- Verify existing membership of validated users in the METRIQ Announcement Group within the Elekta Care Community.
- Initiate the process to add new approved users to the Elekta Care Community either by sending invitation emails from the platform or manually adding them.
- Track user invitation status and follow up with individuals who have not yet joined.
- User Communication: Assist in sending template-based communications to users regarding important updates and invitations to the Elekta Care Community.

The US base salary range for this position is $20- $25 Hour
