Job Title: Senior Supervisor Aircraft Maintenance
Job Code: 25918
Job Location: Greenville TX
Schedule: Willing to work any shift (Mon-Thur 6:30am5:00pm; Mon-Thur 4:30pm-3:00am; Fri-Sun 6:30am - 7pm)
Job Description:
Responsible for organizing and leading aircraft day-to-day production requirements that includes scheduling budgeting quality and performance of a team which could consist of up to 15 direct reports.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with special access
- Experience with RC-135 C-12 C-32 C-37 G-550VC-25 and Globel Express aircraft is a plus
- Knowledge of M&P processes and component repairs is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to read and write English
- Ability to read drawings schematics aircraft maintenance manualsTPS/TMS documents and possess general aviation knowledge
- Must have in-depth understanding and experience with aircraft paint and strip processes
- Must possess a working knowledge of military commercial or general aviation aircraft
- General knowledge in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge with SAP
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication
- Works with and uses all tools materials instruments machines and equipment necessary to perform duties
